LEGO Star Wars First Order Transporter 75103 Building Kit

Very cool Lego set. The minifigures are great (though I'm not entirely happy with the resistance members, they're a bit plain in my opinion).The flametroopers and Captain Phasma are awesome though.I managed to fit 7 stormtroopers in the bay of the ship and one each in the turret/cockpit. It looks very good, just like the transporters from the film. The build isn't too complicated, but it took a few hours I believe, so get ready for that.I'm not a huge fan of the stud blasters that form a turret (sick of those from the Battlepacks), but the flickfire missiles that are added were neat. Those flew pretty far.I'd recommend this to any Lego Star Wars fan.

The Order's design for this model was actually the inspiration for the Higgins Boats that were used extensively in the Pacific Campaign by the United States Marine Corps. The Transporter, Personnel Launch (TPL) was a key design to get as many troopers onto the objective area before the Jedi could light their sabres. Once the disembarkation is complete, the vessel could remain on station to provide easy withdrawal and serve as a prisoner holding area, or the vessel could take to the skies and provide close air support to the maneuver forces if they cannot overwhelm the population they targeted to oppress immediately. Cannon fires green or red LASER bolts, either of which produce the same destructive power as the tank or TIE fighter. Standing room only for the embarked forces, but the gunner and the coxswain each have a luxury plastic L-shaped chair for comfort on long assaults. I mentioned prisoners earlier, which may have been a mistake because if the troops did withdraw, there is no room in the vessel for captured rebels or equipment. Everything must be destroyed, which is what these troops and this vessel are good for.

Totally Disagree with the 2 Star Rating. Transportation is the backbone of any Army future or not. These ships may be boring but EVERY Army needs lots of them. This practically begs for a later Battle Pack for more Storm Trooper Mini Figures. You Know this will be in the Movie since Captain Phasma is present. Good Set if a bit overpriced, they should have named the civilian Mini Figs.

We couldn't have asked for more out of this purchase.

Out of the many Lego sets I've collected over the past few months, this one is hands-down my favorite one. Even better than the millennium falcon. It was incredibly fun to build and has many innovative play features. The mini figures are a great add-on as well. I would highly recommend this set.

We ordered this Star Wars Lego set on June 18th & we received the order today (June 20th). When we opened the amazon packaging box, we immediately saw one side of the box opened but taped with 2 pieces of scotch tape. We opened box up and looked through the bags & there was missing mini figures. We returned this item the same day we received it.

My son loves it! He was so happy to get it for Christmas. It doesn't look that exciting from the pictures, but I was pleasanty suprised with all the compartments and moveable parts it has.The whole top section comes off so you can easily get to the cargo hold. At first it doesn't seem very secrure, but it has yet to fall off by itself and it really makes it easy to access that area. Another win from Lego.
