Ideal Industries-45-125 T-7 Stripper

There's nothing about this product that jumps out and says "Buy Me!". However, it has a unique characteristic. Few wire strippers will strip insulated 30 gauge wire wrap. This item will and it does it well. It takes a little practice as 30 gauge wire is pretty small and delicate. If you want an exact length of wire wrap for an alternative to soldering on a through hole project, this tool is the ticket. Recommended.

Ideal Industries is one of the pioneers of the T-Stripper concept and their products today still exhibit first class machining and tight tolerances. You will notice a difference between their strippers and the no names that cost a couple of bucks.Tools still are products that you typically get what you pay for.

It's a wire stripper and does its job. The only thing that it's missing is the latch that keeps the stripper closed when you want to store it.

I bought this to strip 30awg kynar and it does the job well. Highly recommended.

Classic T-Stripper with a nicer "smooshier" handle. Sharp and nice action. Ideal Industries still makes ideal tools! There are other versions with more contoured handles, but this version is just fine; still nicer than the ones I used in the 90's.

This product is what I wanted but it will not spring back once you strip the wire. Product in poor operating condition.

We use several of these in our business. They are well designed and can outlast anything else on the market.

Ordered these strippers to use on some fine gauge thermocouple wires and they work like a charm! I've used other Ideal Ind. tools and these are right up there with them.
