Great product but came damaged
I lately struggle with my hair becoming very dry and my scalp was super itchy. I using this shampoo about a month now and it feels so much better. However I was very unhappy about delivery. The lid of conditioner was broken completly and I could not return it as I already run out of shampoo and had to use the one which came. I know it did not changed the product, but when you pay so much money it disappoints you receive damaged bottle.

Hair feels so clean
Out of all of the professional shampoo and conditioners I have used this is my favourite. Leaves no residue, hair feels so clean and leaves a subtle minty scent. Only need a small amount so lasts ages and my hair is in much better condition

Excellent Shampoo and Conditioner. Delighted to have found both. My hair feels 'clean' and not dry after using both, plus the Conditioner has a lovely zingy minty smell and feel on the scalp.

Be careful- No pumps included !
FYI the 1000ml bottles do not include any dosage pumps. I personally have never seen professional size bottles of shampoo in a salon setting being used without dosage pumps…Having purchased 1000ml bottles of Pureology products for a few years, I would feel that it would be extremely difficult to pour and measure the product (especially the thick conditioner) straight out of a 1000ml bottle into your hand.A bit like selling shoes without shoelaces methinks.Am a prime member so was going to purchase to avail of fast shipping but instead will buy from my regular website which is the same price and includes pumps.

for dry and porous hair use conditioner as a hair mask!
I have hypothyroid hair - which makes it dry and porous .My hair is also coloured.I use this shampoo and conditioner to tame the mop that is hypothyroid hair, with one proviso.I leave the conditioner on for 3 hours minimum (or preferably overnight) like a hair mask and then rinse out , towel and air dry till almost dry and then finish with a blow dry on high setting and the final result is smooth and silky hair.(If I only leave conditioner on for 10 minutes and rinse out it’s not enough)
