Can someone please get in touch regarding faulty water urn
I received this water urn on the 1st April 2024.Worked well at first now it doesn’t heat up

It is not 800w rated!
I was pleased to find a low energy urn for my off grid cafe. The 800W rating would make it perfect to run and not blow a fuse or damage my inverter. However it did blow the fuse so I tested the urn at home with a peak power output of over 1.8kW when heating up for the first 20 minutes and then every time the element kicks in, which is about every 10 minutes.On top of the the product is poor quality, the tap leaks slowly and it looses energy rapidly.I highly recommend avoiding this product. It will give you high electricity bills and leave water on your counter tops.

Lightweight and easily storable when not in use, work really well and heats up water fast and hold well. Good secure lock on lid.

Don't waste your money.Lights on but refused to boil
Bought first one Oct 23, worked fine for 5 months then stopped boiling water.Contacted Amazon who organised a return of the faulty one and sent a replacement. The replacement also stopped working with the same fault after just 2 months. Amazon have now given us a full refund. My sister also bought one in Dec 23, which stopped after 5 days, Amazon again replaced, but that one stopped 3 weeks later. I would not recommend this .

Works Great
Got this for a customer area, works great, easy to use , all ways has hot water, had no issues with it.

Works but the keep heat function is ALWAYS ON
The keep warm function uses around 160w of electricity constantly (around 1/10th the power it takes to boil) but it never turns itself off. I would rather have a brief on off boil that lasts 5-10 mins every 2 hours, it has become expensive to keep running in the current climate. Old urn used 1.8 - 2.0kwh per day, this one has used 2kwh after just 4 hours use (including initial heat up) I will test for a full day tomorrow and make sure the numbers are correct. If not then i am Defiantly looking for a more economical replacement.
