I bought these as I read they are good for preventing skin cancer. Unfortunately I found these pills too large to swallow and even though I tried a number of times I choked continuously. Returns are via the manufacturer and they were easy to communicate with via email and get a refund

My dermatologist wanted me to try these, saying that it would cut down on basal cell and squamous cell skin cancers. And he was right. I still get some because I am immunosuppressed as the result of a kidney transplant, but I have been surprised to see various skin problems disappear. I know that it was the nicotinamide because when I ran out once, after a week, skin problems started to appear again, but once I started taking these again, they cleared up.

This product is a reasonably priced product at a consistent quality level.

I have very fair skin and would regularly need to have pre-cancerous lesions frozen during visits to my dermalogist. I started taking these daily a few years ago and have seen a MAJOR decline in these lesions. My last two doctor visits have resulted in nothing needing to be frozen. The person who recommended these to me has had the same results.

I take 2 capsules every morning. Started taking this after the NMN FDA ban. For now it's a suitable enough replacement for NMN for the energy I need. However I need (2) 500mg capsules to feel similar energy as (1) 500mg NMN capsule

My dermatologist recommended it. I don't know how effective it will be in the long run.
