Not IP65.
Not IP65.Can see drops of water inside the lens housing after the first rains in Mumbai.While mounting, my biggest fear was how water would be kept outside the base plate and so I sealed the cable penetrarion, base and mounting screws with silicon.Accuracy is poor and sometimes it does not trigger even if I frantically wave and jump up and down like a mad person.Sometimes it triggers when it doesn't even need to.

Works well and is water resistant
Installed it outdoors and on open. Has been able to get through few showers and winds. Works well. Latency is not noticeable and reasonable for home/office setup. Works in both day/night and night modes.
