Serves its Purpose
This is good for what it is and serves its purpose. I got 12 inch L-shaped brackets to hang it on the wall (they can also be used to hang it from the ceiling). You can mount the screen flat on the wall (with what comes with it) if there are no obstructions for it to be pulled down. I still take my time pulling the screen down (guided pull down vs. yanking). I have it in front of my closet.

Good.
My husband decided he wanted to set up kind of a home theatre thing in the living room. We had a pretty small budget and don't know anyone with a home theatre to compare how ours turned out to. Obviously not going to be to the same level as those professionally installed thousands of dollars setups you see photos of online, but we figured we could still probably set up something usable. This screen seems good to me- a big, flat white surface to project an image on to in a durable feeling metal casing. Installation was minimally frustrating, due mostly to the fact it's kind of an awkward thing to hang perfectly straight. Once hung, it is SO much better than having a large TV that is ever present, this thing rolls up and "disappears" when not in use, allowing for a much bigger viewing surface than we could have ever afforded in a TV. Seems to pull down/roll up pretty smoothly. Again, I don't really have any experience with screens to compare the quality of this one to, but to me, it seems just fine and like it does what it should do.

Great for what I needed
This screen was exactly what I was looking for— a relatively small screen for 4:3 aspect ratio viewing indoors. I have a ceiling-mounted projector set up at the correct throw-distance to fill the screen and focus clearly, and this screen does exactly what it should do. Clean white backdrop, perfect size for the wall I chose to mount it to, and the price was right. I don't plan to view much 16:9 content on this, but if needed I can shrink the image to fit. As long as you mount it securely and horizontally-aligned, the screen will hang cleanly as it should.

Nice
Nice quality. Takes a good tug to pull down, but springs back up super easy. Initially there is the Greenguard smell, but it dissipates within a day or two. Two different ways you can attach to a wall, and you can also hang from the ceiling. Comes with quality anchors and screws, which is really nice cause i didn't have any anchors lying around and needed them to securely hang this properly.

Good customer service.
The first one I ordered arrived damaged. I just got my replacement today, the packaging and screen look great. Won't be able to actually check it out until it gets dark, but so far so good. The customer service was amazing for replacement and the shipping was fast.

Great quality for a reasonable price
Don't know what the all the fuss is about regarding waivey screen. Received mine in perfect condition and easily mounted on the wall with provided hardware. The closing feature on the screen is the slow-closing like those fancy kitchen cabinets, which is nice to see that screen not run up there and destroy itself every time rolled up. Bought it to be used in bedroom - perfect size.

Disappointed in Customer Service With This One
I have always been impressed with Amazon's CS but, I have to say, they really dropped the ball with this one. We just received this item but, despite the box being undamaged and the product itself packaged beautifully, we received a broken item that was clearly used. It was dirty, scuffed, broken, and the retraction/auto lock mechanism completely unusable. Upon unwrapping it, about 10 inches of the screen immediately fell out of the unit. When we pulled it down, there was zero tension and it fell down to past the 'stop' sticker. It will not retract, even manually. I reached out to CS where 'Jane' offered us $20 to fix it ourselves. Seriously? I instead asked for a replacement to which I was informed I would first need to send this one back. I said that was fine, but there was no way to get it back into the packaging since the screen will not retract. 'Jane' informed me that I would need to supply some form of secure cover for the item to send it back in. What on Earth, Amazon?! This is in no way the service I have come accustomed to expect. Very disappointed right now.
