I’d buy it again
I put this on after I use a foam scrubber after my shower when I’ve been at work all day because it keeps my calluses from getting out of control. Other moisturizers made my feet and shoes stink way worse than normal but this doesn’t.

Good moisturizing cream
The white cream rubbed on your skin straight from the jam would cause some peeling but to prevent this my wife told me to mix the urea cream with any hand cream in equal portions and rub your hands together to mix both creams, then it can be applied to your cracked heels, feet and hands. It goes on a bit thick, so you use a little and spread it around the above mentioned areas.I have been using it as a replacement for heel balm and I can guarantee it to everyone it works for me.For fist time users try a little on ur skin to see the effect as skin texture differs with different people.

Nothing else works this well. But keep the jar from cold or it crystalizes.
I've found no better product for dry hardworking rancher hands and feet in winter. If applied often, it will repair cracked finger tips in a day.But the jar must be kept warm, or sharp crystals form on top. I put it on the coffee machine now to keep it warm. Worst cast, put it in the oven on keep warm, about 100F, and the crystals go away in an hour. If it thickens after warming, mix in a little water.

Love the product! I've had good results. However, this time it arrived unsealed with gel leaking.
The product is great but it arrived with the gel leaking out. If it hadn't been for the plastic wrap around the jar, it would have leaked all over my order, probably ruining the items, which included books.

An impressed and satisfied customer
I didn't have high expectation for any urea product but it worked better than expected. I had some rough callouses on my big toes that no amount of lotion helped to aleve.Within 3 days of using the urea cream(twice a day) I already saw a major improvement and within a week or two they weren't an issue anymore. I also had some dark and scaly patches on the top of my big toes too. It wasn't my intent to fix those when I bought the cream but I decided to try it out on them and lo' and behold they improved by at least 80%. I really wasn't expecting that; they've been there for years now and no amount of lotion helped even a little. Needless to say that I am keeping this as my go-to for maintenance. As for the reviews mentioning it turning white and powdery I only had that happen a couple of times. I think it may have been from using too much at a time. A little goes a long way and consistency of use is important.

Finally - something for seriously rough dry skin
I've had a painful, rough, splitting, cracked, dry spot on my elbow for several years and tried many different things to relieve it. Prescription creams, specially products, doctor recommended brands, plant based concoctions.... an endless list. My new dermatologist told me to find this product - CLEAR 40, 40% Urea Gel. In just two applications, my skin has already transformed. It's now soft and repairing itself. It has an odd medical kind of smell that some may not like. The odor doesn't last long and a small thing compared to the problem it solves. There is a lot of product in the jar. I can't imagine needing it all. I am so happy to finally find a solution for my chronic issue.

Company is sketchy - google their FDA Warning Letter
I should have looked this up before I purchased, but the company is very sketchy and does not meet FDA regulations. When you google the company the FDA Warning Letter is one of the first things that comes up.“During our inspection, our investigator observed that your firm failed to establish an adequate quality unit (QU). Your QU failed to ensure that adequate specifications were established for the drug products you manufacture. Also, your QU failed to meet its responsibility to ensure each batch was tested for, and conformed to, all appropriate attributes before distribution. Additionally, your QU failed to establish a stability program to support the expiry of the drug products that are manufactured and distributed in the U.S. market.““ As new drugs, UREA 20, bare20, UREA 40, UREA 40+, bare40, bare40+Salicylic Acid, and bare40+Hyaluronic Acid may not be legally marketed in the United States absent approval of an application filed in accordance with section 505(a)...”“Your firm failed to conduct at least one test to verify the identity of each component of a drug product. Your firm also failed to validate and establish the reliability of your component supplier’s test analyses at appropriate intervals...”It goes on and on with failures to comply to FDA regulations.
