works well outdoors
I have use the metallized labels at work to ID patio furniture last for years, started in 2004 where the labels remain in good order

Poor adhesive
The ink might be “permanent”, but the adhesive is rubbish. Comes off with just a bad look.

Shiny almost metallic labels
This did what I hoped it would. I do wish there was more of a metallic sheen to it like illustrated on the box, but it is not bad. Showed up in great condition and as described on the site. Genuine DYMO labels.

Better than vinyl, but not as good as nylon for cables.
Did not print well on rhino handheld but they were stickier than vinyl. Nylon is still better but I wish they had more colors for visual cable ID.
