Fully functional, no flaws.
I had some concerns buying a refurbished piece of equipment, but this computer works perfect, it is in very good condition. It even had been fully dusted inside. It only had wired network, so I added a WIFI card for wireless internet for $20. Works great, happy with the purchase.

Will not support Windows 11
I purchased this tower in this configuration with the understanding that it would be compatible with Windows 11. Overall, it is an amazing setup for its price. At the time of purchase, the CPU (Intel Xeon E5-2630 V3) was originally supported by Microsoft Windows 11 but that is no longer the case for any of the CPUs available for a LGA2011 socket. In addition, the motherboard also has an Infineon SLB-9670 security processor chip that has the capability of running TPM 2.0 as required for Windows 11, but HP will not venture out to provide the firmware updates to do so and have even scrubbed what few traces of that update that were previously launched. All in all, it is a great system for its price and is able to handle most any load that you can throw at it. I have since upgraded the basic NVS-310 with a Radeon RX-580 and have no issues running various cad programs for 3d printing design. It handles mid level gaming very well. For the general consumer, there is nothing this would not be able to handle, upgrades would be needed for serious gamers though. My only complaint is it not having the support needed for Windows 11 and I will most likely be paying for Windows 10 Enterprise, as it will have windows support through January 2027 in comparison to Windows 10 Pro which ends October 2025.
