Very Poor quality
This instrument did not work 30 days. Provision for return was closed after two weeks. I don't recommend to buy from this seller. We cannot recognize whether or not it is used one. Cisco company is famous for telecommunication instruments but the unit I got did not work at all. Seller says after sales service is only Amazone help desk😘
