Works great under Windows 10 Pro 64bit
My older solutions for reading PCMCIA flash memory cards (for an Applanix GPS) are no longer supported under Windows 10. This card reader works great though. Plug-and-play, works great under Windows 10 Pro 64bit with no issues so far.

ADCP Data Retrieval
I have purchased this card reader to use as an alternative method for retrieving data from RDI’s ADCPs (download directly from the memory card as opposed to connecting to the instrument via RS232 cable). What used to be +30 mins process is now reduced to a few seconds! Excellent unit. Sturdy and clean. Would highly recommend.

Does not read PCMCIA Type III PC Cards
I bought this device to read my old PCMCIA Type III drives. These are relics from the days when these used to fit in the double PCMCIA slots we had on our laptops. I would fully expect time would degrade a few of these to the point they would not operate, but NOT 15 of these drives! In fairness, the listing made no representations about TYPE III drives, but the TYPE III drives ALWAYS operated in our computers off the standard PCMCIA interface. We never had to do anything special. When you insert a TYPE III the card the reader clearly senses its presence, but your PC messages you to "insert media." I have tried with two different PCs and the results are identical. It does read TYPE 1 IBM PCMCIA microdrives.

Works as expected - Using it to offload images from a 2001 digital camera. No problems at all!
