This is a very well thought out product and something that makes cleaning windows easier and much more efficient. This tool allows you to clean glass with one side of the tool, flip the tool around and squeegee off the water with ease. I will get many years of use out of this tool and purchased the 18 inch tool because I have glass panels on my deck. If you buy the 18 inch tool make sure that you buy the larger cleaning bucket as it will allow you to easily insert the 18 inch squeegee into the bucket, plus the smaller bucket will not work for the larger 18 inch head.I also purchased the 12 foot Unger extendable pole and you will need it because the end of this tool is threaded and has a narrower taper than similar poles and will only accommodate their extendable pole due to the tapered design of this product.I look at this as an investment for me personally because I can clean my deck panels from the ground without using a ladder and safely perform this task without putting myself or my health in jeopardy. This is a well-built product and is a multiple use tool that will make cleaning windows much easier, much quicker and less of a hassle.I also purchased the Squeegee Off cleaning fluid that you can mix easily with a gallon of water and that will go a long way.This product works well too and is a must-have if you have large windows or many windows to clean. You will not be disappointed!

I needed to clean the exterior windows of my house, pretty sure this had never been done since it was built. I bought this with a universal telescopic painters pole. First thing to do is cut the handle off so you can screw on a universal pole; the threads are the same but the handle will not allow certain poles to screw in since the threads are recessed inside the handle. If you plan on using this without a pole, cutting the handle will likely be an issue, since you’ll cut it almost in half. Wasn’t an issue for me since I will always need a pole for the application.After preparations, I started cleaning- the cleaning pad stayed on without any shifting and was sufficient and cleaning off light stuff like dust/dirt and heavier stuff like caked on bird poop and bugs. Squeegee is excellent- high quality, thick rubber evenly wicked down water without any residue. A good cleaner is critical to use; I purchased a gallon of a ethyl based cleaner right here on Amazon, diluted down and went to town. The width allowed me to knock out 20 windows in less than an hour. Again, these havent been cleaned in likely 15+ years and I wanted to go over a few windows twice to make sure they were 100% clean. The one challenge is semi-circular windows or arch windows. These were hard to clean with the width of the squeegee, I can never get all of the excess fluid off. Solution is to clean the window; the strain off the water from the pad and clean the window damp, this will allow the cleaner to evaporate cleanly off the glass without leaving a residue and you won’t get squeegee lines (since you won’t be using the squeegee).Would absolutely recommend!

Kinda cheap but it works well so far. Collar is hardly wide enough to screw on but it fits tight enough pressing it on.

I bought a new home that has lots of windows and glass. The seller told me to expect spending more than $700 to have the windows cleaned. That seemed crazy to me, so I invested in this cleaning tool, and was really impressed with how well it worked, and how easy the job was.I used a solution with just a couple of drops of dish washing liquid, a splash of vinegar, and a splash of isopropanol. The results were sparkling. It was fast and efficient, and very easy to use. No streaks, no muss, no fuss.I had an old broom stick that fit right into the handle to reach otherwise out of reach windows. It screwed right into the handle, but I can see that a painting extension (with it's large head) might require cutting off part of the handle to allow the screw connection to make contact deep inside the handle. But the length of the handle as manufactured is comfortable in the hand when not using an extending pole.Take a plain handle off an old broom and you're all set to rumble.

Love this product I get my windows on around my house done in half the time. Good quality works well. Great value for my money.

I've had this for a few years and friends borrowed it after they saw my clean windows! It works great.

I use this to clean sliding glass doors to a deck about 100 yards from an Atlantic Ocean beach. The glass on the doors gets caked with sand and mist. Using this item cleans up the windows great and just two swipes of the rubber squeegee from top to bottom dries an entire door right off. When done, you can't even tell there is glass in the door. The only downside is that the microfiber takes a long time to dry out after use, as opposed to the squeegees with the foam on the cleaning side, but I just squeeze it out with my hands and place it in a bucket to fully dry.
