I suffer with sciatica and when it flares up find getting comfortable in bed can be a real challenge. Not any more. I've never been one to sleep on my back, yet in order for this to provide the support needed sleeping on my back is the only way but this pillow works so well I am able to sleep like a log and the pressure from the nerve is most definitely eased when I use it. It's also great to use as a back rest if your chairs/sofas are a little soft in the back support dept. I'm not pain free but I am surely pain eased.

It was a little bit smaller in height than I expected. The depth is fine. Good support when leaning against a wall in bed or even when sitting on the floor. Not just for patients, it's useful for anyone.

I bought it for my wife who suffers from acid reflex. She loves to use it and play on her phone after meals. It's hard to sleep on it at night but I doubt it will be easier on other similar products. All things considered I would recommend it for people cannot lay flat. It's great to rest on it.

Okay, so I brought this to elevate my head while I sleep as I have a medical condition. It's quite hard... not like memory foam hard. So I do put my own pillows on top. There's a zip to remove the cover which makes it easier to wash which I like. But it does the the little balls on it and bobbles, so that's a down side as it never looks neat. I would prefer it to be wider and softer. However, it does work for me, so may invest in a much better one down the line.

I have been suffering horribly recently GERD symptoms, despite changing my diet & medication.I decided to try out this wedge pillow. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised.It is early days to see how effective that this wedge will be to help with snoring and reflux problem and I already feel some comfort.Also now my upper body is not at an acute angle, no stiff neck in the morning, and I am less likely to slide down the bed during the night.

With 7 more pounds and you can buy a bigger and comfier pillow. This one is way too short. Because of this I started to feel pain in my lumbar region. Unless you intent to use it just for reading for a few minutes and not to sleep on it (because of reflux like me) then avoid this one.

I bought the wedge for back support while I work from home. It is very sturdy and well made.I mainly use it to sit up against the wall, it’s better than pillows and provides the comfort I need.I have also tried laying on it. I will admit it felt odd at first but I wasn’t uncomfortable.
