Good size. Not difficult to swallow. No issues with them. No complaints. I use them to get smaller doses of my supplements (that are in capsular form) that are too high in dose.If you are a supplement person, and don't want to take high levels of vitamins, then use this to divvy up the dosage as you please.

Easy to use and they were pretty effective to use

The quality of the capsules are amazing! Easy to swallow. However depending who packages it or how it arrives some 3 or 4 capsules might come damaged but it's worth it regardless. The only thing I was disappointed by was that the real bag of capsules was much smaller than I thought which I understand could of ordered a larger one. I just didn't expect it to be that small. But the quality is worth it.

My husband and I have started making our own cinnamon and turmeric capsules. We were using some I got from Doterra but when they ran out ... check Amazon of course. These are exactly what we need! We got 1,000 lol Why? I don't know. Because they are so crazy affordable? But we have them now haha. I wonder what else I can use these for? I grabbed this package of empty gell caps because I am filling them with a new treatment for my ailments.I found them suoer easy to fill and recap without having any issues with breaking or leaking.You get quite a bit of empty gell caps, it was a great deal for price.I don't think I will be needing any for a while.Cheers 🍷
