Not the cheapest option, but well designed and well made!
I’d been juggling around ideas for displaying my minifigure collection, and decided to just go with this official Lego display case—I bought the bigger one that fits 18 figures. I like this as a display solution: nice, convenient front opening doors; removable flat pieces that the lego figs attach to, making it easier to change things; light, sturdy construction; and the fact that you can buy a bunch and connect them together, and hang them on the wall.Although there are technically only 16 slots, it is possible to put two figures in each one, which means you potentially display 32 figures, possibly even more if you’re clever.Overall, a great and simple display solution for your minifigure collection!

Works, Some Minor Issues
This is Lego's new minifig display case (vs. the older bright yellow ones). The difference between the two is that it no longer has the "feet" to stand with, and the doors open out to the sides instead of down from the top. On the whole its a bit more stylish than the old ones, and is a good display stand. I don't think the issues that it has are specific to this stand, but rather things that should be taken into consideration before picking any display case.PRO:- Displays minifigs very well, because, you know, you can see through it.- Stackable, if you really want toCON:- Not compatible with the old design. It will not stack with those, and is a slightly different size.- Lego products are always more expensive, but this is a bit pricey for what it is. Had I known I was going to need as many as I did, I probably would have gone another route.- Doors can be sticky.- For minifigs which have a dress (4x2 base), they cannot sit on the rear half of the plates, since there are little feet to hold the display spots in place. This makes it awkward for those minifigs.- Similarly, for exceptionally wide minifigs (Series 15 warrior, for example), you have to be creative to make them fit.

Highly recommend!
My son loves it, great to keep his mini figs organized! He loves the small plates that come out to place them, then slide back in under little edges so they don’t move. Worth the money.

A nice sturdy figure display case
Got this specifically for my Dr.Who figures. Had more than enough space for them and maybe even some of my favorite companions! It's a fairly solid display case that comes with small grey lego bases you can use if your figures don't have ones of their own. It can be hung on the wall by two screw holes in the top back but is stable enough to just be free standing as well. Be aware that it Is on the heavier side so if you don't have something sturdy to either place it on or have more than paneling to put the screws into, it won't stay put. So keep that in mind when you decide where you want to use it.It has two front "doors" that you open in order to place the figures inside. Mine was a bit stubborn to get open but nothing too trying. It only means my little Doctors won't be getting away to their TARDIS any time soon. ;)This isn't something for little kids though I don't think. More for the collectors out there with a need to have their figures and what all stay put.
