Not much, after all it's a short read, a few nuggets here and there. The main concept is to change your mindset and change your life.

It's an excellent book, I recommend it to you.

I have been practicing the majority of the concepts mentioned in this book innately all my life and I've often shied away from standing firm in my beliefs because they didn't line up with my family and their beliefs. All my rearing years I was made to be everyone except myself and I had a constant battle with it until after I divorced and went to South Korea. The journey back to me was a very interesting and at times very tumultuous, but it led me to this book. I'm grateful for this book and it's teachings as I know for certain that when I believe in me, I am believing in the most high! Asè!!

This book was very informative and a good read.. I learn a few things about not being so worried things that are not beneficial to your goals in life. Keep moving forward and trust God..
