Vest fitting & quality was good. You should specify the vest size as 90cm, 95cm or 100cm but not as 91 to 95cm as stated in the Amazon platform else the buyer will get confused

Indeed the material seems pure cotton and confortable. But it seems cheaper. You can't expect too much in this price. Hence, the price is value for money. But it will not give you luxurious feel.
