Purchased the Smeg toaster and Kettle in white as a package and was really impressed with the product Very retro very modern and they look great in situ in our kitchen. Had an issue with the kettle and it was immediately replaced without any quibble at all. Kettle boils really quickly and the toaster with its different functions for light to dark toast is very good.

Expensive for a kettle and toaster but you get what you pay for? Quality materials and quality built. Want the best, pay the best.

Dear SMEG Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a SMEG kettle I purchased on Amazon in November 2022. After just 20 months of use, the kettle has started leaking, which is incredibly disappointing given the premium price I paid for what I believed would be a high-quality and stylish product.I chose SMEG for its reputation for excellent design and superior quality. However, this experience has unfortunately not met those expectations. A product of this price point and brand reputation should certainly last longer than 20 months without issues.I request that SMEG customer service contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter. I am seeking a replacement or repair with the expectation of receiving the durability and quality I paid for.Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.Oya

Although expensive, looks and feels what it costs and it’s a very good kettle and the toaster toasts evenly and quickly.
