I got 5 items and they seem to work fine

As described (9 Aug 24 webpage)
Received 5 devices with 5 power cords. Tried them all with a POE camera and worked find. Unifi U6-Lite-US worked fine with 100' cat 5 cable. Quite frankly, I consider myself lucky that I got what I expected ... too bad that the way of the world today is such that 5 stars means "as expected"

Stop complaining ab about this POE injector
Ubnt deviates from them POE standard by making their low end POE injectors emit 24V. 48-56V is the standard. This is meant to power an AF device, so the only way to deliver the wattage over CAT 5E/6 cabling is to up the voltage

The description does NOT show that these are actually 48V... FYI, they will NOT work with Ubiquiti Nanostations!

I got 5 units
When I bought this I didn't realize I was getting 5 units and I thought I had overpaid compared to Ubiquiti website. I am happy with the purchase and got two of them working already with my Cloud Controller 2 and WAPs.
