I have used these dressings for almost 30 years. I have witnessed PolyMem help heel everything from road rash to large bed sores. I most recently used PolyMem on a basal cell skin cancer repair with graft that was still oozing but not infected for 3 months. After using PolyMem for 2 weeks it is no longer oozing, has shrunk in size and is well on the way to totally heeling.
