Direct replacement for CPAP POWER CORD
This unit was ordered as a replacement for the previous power supply unit. When it arrived, it was exactly the same as the original one that came with my unit, even the manufacturers label.

Needed to replace my original ResMed airsense power adapter that went dead. This product worked great and my machine is up and running again.

Looks like the OEM part
Looks exactly as the picture and it appears to be identical to the OEM. I saw a review that stated a possible knock-off, but the one I received looked like OEM. Same look, same gauge wires, same strain relief, same label, same loop for Velcro cord, all exactly as original. Only had it for a day or so, but appears to be working well. Will update if any changes.

Real-deal worked for air sense 10
Massive thank you to the seller for having this. Badged, and honestly better than my existing power supply (which is kinda hot and bulgey). Worked great. The barrel plug for this is super-proprietary and don't even try with thinking a multi power supply from your local store will work (nothing against them, they're swell, otherwise).
