Best way to take Vitamin B! I love the quality of this product and that I can decide how much to use. You can get that with a pill!

I haven't been on this long enough to know if its working for me or not yet. I will say the taste is not bad at all. It is sweet, but not terrible. It has a strong lemon taste that stays with me for a bit, but again not unpleasant at all to me. I would recommend it to at least try. It's also nice that it's not just another pill. I think it would be easy to also mix into a lemonade or something if you didn't want it by itself. It's not too strong at all. Hope it works for you. I'll review again once I know if it has for me.

...then you'll actually find Zobaline (ASIN B008G3LI2M here on Amazon) to be about half the cost per day's recommended dose, and it also includes folic acid, which these drops don't.The liquid form with dropper is convenient, but the Zobaline tablets crush easily between 2 spoons to sprinkle on canned food.My diabetic cat doesn't object to the taste of either these drops or the crushed Zobaline.

I have tried many B-12 supplements and they’re either too high of a dose and/or mixed with other things I don’t want and/or have additives for flavor that mess with my blood sugar levels or hormones/body chemistry. I love this simple pure product! It’s working exactly how it should, giving me energy and boosting my mood. I can control the doses too! Starting off with only 10 drops and slowly increasing to see how my body responds. Love it!
