Llegó con la caja rota y lo mas importante sin tapa. Se ve nuevo) pero definitivamente no pagué por un producto incompleto. El control sólo prende y apaga el TV. No controla ninguna función. Es decir NO funciona. Similar a varios reviews que comentan esto.

Is not compatible with my tv.
This product looked exactly like the original that came with the tv. However, the only thing it would do- is turn the tv off and on. The curser does not work with this remote.

Doesn’t work
It turns TV on and off. Volume works up down but all the other features that you need the arrows to move from side to side don’t work the other features don’t work either.
