This turned out to be a GREAT buy! It sounds like a number of people have had problems with leaking on installation, but I did not. I'm a fairly experienced home plumber and this was easy enough for a beginner to install without a problem on their own. You need to follow the instructions, but if you do, you'll find it fits great and works right from the start.Now... for the spray. It has a GREAT shower spray pattern (along with several others, though I barely use anything other than the full on shower), and I can easily rinse off soap and shampoo in a single pass with this head. It has a flow restrictor, but it hasn't been a problem for me, as the pressure and coverage are more than adequate. My water pressure is about 50 PSI and I was able to use both shower heads together without a hitch. That said, at a flow rate of almost 5 GPM with both shower heads running, it will drain your water heater in a hurry, but if you want a luxury shower and can be quick about it, this will easily do the job. Both the shower handle and shower head have their own flow restrictors, so if you have low water pressure, you will likely not be able to use them both together and be happy with the water flow.The product is constructed nearly entirely from chrome colored plastic. For this price, that is EXACTLY what I'd expect. If you want a fully metal shower of this quality, you should be prepared to pay for it ($150 and up). The spray nozzles are rubber and are easy to remove any hard water build up without the need for harsh chemicals or even vinegar. The three way valve allows you to choose from shower head, hand shower, or both, and does not have an off position. If you'd like to be able to stop the water flow all together, you will need a separate shut off valve which can easily be installed in line with your shower head.Finally, I have my head and hand shower mounted to a SPRITE inline chlorine reducing shower filter. I have had no problems with this arrangement at all. The instructions tell you how to adjust the angle if it does not point in the right direction when you tighten it down fully. If you follow the instructions, you will NOT have leaks and it will not break. If you over tighten this, it WILL leak and it will break. So just don't! Use the included gasket and tighten it to hand tight and you should be okay.Overall, I love this product and would buy it again and recommend it to others. For the price, you can't find anything close at Lowe's or Home Depot.

My wife and I definitely recommend this shower head. My wife and I have looked for a chrome/metal dual shower head for quite some time. Looks like no one makes metal shower heads with a metal handheld. My wife and I decided to try this one out. The whole thing is made of heavy duty plastic. However, it looks really nice, installed in minutes and does not leak. Best of all, we have full water flow when using both the shower head and handheld wand at the same time. This was a concern for us, since we read so many reviews about some shower heads not delivering enough water when using both heads at the same time. However, I did remove the water flow restrictors as soon as I opened the box (which is a lot easier said than done...), so maybe that helped. We liked it so much, we decided to but one for our spare bathroom. However, the company we bought this head from originally was on back order, and the earliest we could get the shower head was 3 weeks. So I ordered what looked like the same head from another company. [ BEWARE....the head we originally ordered has a much larger main shower head than the handheld. The shower head we ordered from another company LOOKED the same and was disappointed when it arrived because the main head and handheld were the same size. But if you look closely at the picture of the item, you will see that the main shower head is the same size as the handheld. It would have been nice to have the larger main head, but I installed it anyway since it is a spare bathroom].

I will have to say that I love the look of this and the functionality. It was extremely easy to install. The only complaint I have is it is ridiculously light weight. Hopefully, it holds up well. I guess the old adage applies...you get what you pay for. But, as I said, it does work well so far.We just installed it last night, so I am not sure on the durability yet. It does put out plenty of water. You can operate both heads at the same time, turn one off and vice versa.I will try to do an update after a month of use to give somewhat of a better review.Edited on Aug. 1st, 2016 - Looks like I forgot to check back in and edit this, but since it's been a year...I believe that is more telling. Still working fine, no leaks, and nothing has broken on it. It has good pressure, I just removed the water regulator out of the head. So, all in all, great for the price.
