first up this is my 2nd jbl speaker(1st one being jbl flip 2) and one of the many jbl products I own...jbl is the brand you can trust with eyes closed..been in the market for pretty long and known for their amazing sound quality products...I've sorted out few pros and cons that I felt about this new speakerpros-1)immensely loud for a speaker this size2)battery life is pretty decent3) sound stages is pretty good overall but it shines in the highs4)the build quality is top notch5)premium looking specially in the red colour6) bass is the highlight of this speaker hands down the best any speaker would offer at this price point.cons-1) this is a mono speaker! for some odd reason jbl has decided to switch from stereo to mono setup..doesnt make much of a difference but it is definitely noticeable.2)since this is a mono speaker ..it needs to be facing right towards you to get the best sound experience as it lacks the "spread" if you would call it that the other stereo jbl speakers offers3)lows not that impressive4)no longer has mic nor 3.5mm jack (mot much an issue for me)overall a great product to consider if you're in the market for a new speaker but if you have a flip 4 I dont think there's a reason you should upgrade as the differences are pretty narrow

JBL FLIP 5 lives up to its reputation and customer expectations.superb loudness.. superb sound clarity.. decent base.. looks cool too..for those who are confused between flip 4 and flip 5 :-- flip 5 is slightly bigger in size- flip 5 is also a but louder- flip 5 has better base- flip 5 has bigger battery- suggestion:: if the price difference between flip 5 and flip 4 is greater than 1000, and price is a deciding factor for you, then go for flip 4.- flip 4 sound quality and loudness is superb too, its just that flip 5 is slightly better.- both are proper value for money.i got flip 5 for 5999 ❤️i hope this review helps u to make ur decision.

[1/08/20: 1-day experience review]Go for it if you're a/an iOS/Android/Windows Users. I've tested it is working decently in terms of Bluetooth connectivity.But when I play via macOS, there is a discontinuity in sound, every 2 seconds. There is also noticeable latency. Sometimes it disconnects and connects here and there, but this problem is only when I'm connected with the multiple Bluetooth devices (Bluetooth mouse). Otherwise, it is working fine I guess, for now. The media could not be loaded. I bought this speaker since 10th of this month and up till now. I've not received any message about changing the speaker for me. Ever since in bought this speaker I've not played it for once. Fully charged but no sound coming up from the speaker 🔊 did I do something wrong by buying this speaker from Amazon with my cash payment on delivery? What is my offence for not helping me out with another speaker of the same model and company jbl flip 5 red in color.
