I have taken this supplement for sometime and decided to try Nu u nutrition as I find they have excellent supplements and are a great company to deal with. The apple cider vinegar has settled my poor digestive system quite quickly. The capsules are very easy to swallow and I have found they start to act quickly. What a difference this product has made to my general well being.

A good quality product as usual from this supplier. My partner finds this helps when he gets acid reflux. Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits but it's good to have it in capsule form as you can only drink it quite diluted (and not so good for your teeth). Make sure you swallow with plenty of water though or the acidity of the vinegar powder can leech out of the capsule and cause coughing/ irritation.

These capsules have a great composition for anti-inflamatory and antioxidant benefits, which were the reasons I bought it. Capsules smell a bit bitter inside the bottle but are tasteless and easy to swallow. See picture attached for size. As all supplements only time will tell if they work. For now I didn't experience any side effects or discomforts while taking these for a couple of weeks. Good value for money too. And a brand I trust and have bought from many times over the years. Great!

Three months supply or six if you only take one a day. Seem like a decent way to get the benefits without the taste, not sure what they're supposed to do but it's got some chemicals in it that are very good for you if you believe the scientists! No good for lazy people who want health in a bottle, you still have to eat well and do more exercise I'm afraid.

They're easy to swallow which makes a nice change. They taste and smell less bad than some other apple cider vinegar tablets I've tried. But they don't actually have any effect.

I do like this company for its efficiency and good value, on reading about the health benefits of Apple cider vinegar I thought I would give this a try as the idea of swallowing the liquid didn’t appeal to me.

I know how beneficial Apple cider vinegar is but I don't like the taste so capsules are perfect. It is too soon to say if they are making any difference but the capsules are not too big and have no taste so it is all good so far. All my supplements are from Nu U Nutrition - a brand I trust.

I used this product to help reduce blood sugar levels although I am not diabetic. I also wanted it to create a feeling of fullness and potentially lose a few pounds. I think this product does help to achieve the results that Apple cider vinegar claims to have- the fore mentioned points among others. I do feel like it helps to feel full more often and therefore consume less which would then in turn lead to losing a little weight. I think you need to take supplements for a while to build up the desired effect, but from what I feel so far, I will definitely carry on taking them and probably order more.
