Absolutely superb printed image quality
I needed spectacular colors that jumped off the page and this printer with its inks do that for me. The price point is what I needed to get get wonderful image quality without coming close to another digit before the comma. It arrived in proper high quality condition and setup went smoothly. The size on the floor is also nice for an area that has ample space but in which I need to not waste floor space. I also needed images that would be durable in the presence of moisture and the produced images are, indeed, durable.

Great plotter
The plotter arrived on time and was very well packaged. Had the opportunity to speak with the supplier and they were super friendly and helpful. Plotter was easy to put together and setup. Produces good quality blueprints for my needs. Haven't tried to produce photo as yet.
