HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 (2UK37AA#ABA) Docking Station Port Replicator (Renewed)

I was concerned that the docking station would not work as expected, since it was “refurbished,” but I needed a second one for my home office. Works like a dream! It was so easy to set up, now I have both monitors, my wireless keyboard and mouse, and my headphones all connected to the laptop and I can accomplish all the work I need to do. Makes connecting and disconnecting easy and efficient.

I returned my first order because the power cord was a fire hazard, pictured. Please don't order this if you are not electronically saavy enough to recognize dangers, or for a child, because it appears there is no quality control on these whatsoever and a fraying, uninsulated cord is a known fire hazard. I returned the fire hazard and its replacement had completely rusted prongs that were bent in and touching each other. I didn't return the second one because I happened to have a spare compatible part.... but I'm seriously unhappy about this, and about the fact that Amazon keeps rejecting my honest review of the product. Hopefully this review will go through because you deserve to know that you may receive a dangerous, dirty, unsafe product if you order thru this listing.

Had to return it twice but the third one is working perfectly! Second exchange had to be done directly with the vendor since Amazon only does one replacement. The vendor was super helpful and was quick to respond. I got my replacement quickly and return label.Issues with the first couple I got were:1st: When I started using the power to the dock would go in and out making everything I had plugged into it sporadically turn off and on.2nd: One of the ports for my monitor did not work and only one monitor displayed instead of the two.

The docking station has been working since I purchased it the functionality is superb. It was really easy to set up and it's working so the value for money was great too. The design of the deck was also, not too bad. The port capacity could have been more versatile but overall, I am a satisfied customer.

I bought this refurbished, but it looked like new, it was clean and nicely packed. It is working well, same as a new one that came with the computer. I needed this to not carry the docking stations at multiple locations.

Worked great for about a year then stopped. Tried replacing the cord - no good.

Product was new and came in excellent condition. It came before it was expected. Very happy with the product.
