Replaced the Stock motor on my Apprentice, Combined with a 13x6.5E and 4s lipo she's a ripper and has plenty of power for added weight from the FPV setup. The plane is converted to a tail dragger setup will not work on stock apprentice.

Exactly what my Apprentice 15e needed!
I purchased this as a replacement for the apprentice motor (once I outgrew the sluggish performance). Combined with a 60a ESC and a 4s battery (tri-blade prop) this thing was a SCREAMER!Great product!

Loose screw
The shaft nut on the back of the motor was only finger tight. If I didnt catch this, my motor would have flown apart while in the air and my airplane would have crashed. Check your equipment before you use it OR SELL IT!!!!

Overpriced, outdated, heavy.
For this price, it should come with bolt on prop adapter. That’s the reason I don’t touch anything Horizon anymore.
