I still miss Pluto being at the party but these are so nice and well packed in a cute box. Would be perfect for gifting a child. Nice size plates for kids too. I just happen to be young at heart, so I got them for myself:-)

We used to fight over plates, now we fight over planets.Great colors, holding up well to our frequent washings.

The planet plates were much nicer and sturdier then expected. Bought as gift for little grandkids who are still using plastic plates. These melamine plates had great graphics in intense colors and are very attractive. The older grandson ticked off the names of the planets while we checked the back of the plates for the names. Great fun to use and now we are all learning the names of planets. The only downside of the plates is they are listed as non microwave safe. Having them microwave and dishwasher safe would be the full package.

We bought this great set of plates for our son-in-law. His oldest son is 'into' space and they love to eat off these dishes. He had great success getting his youngest to eat something by saying, 'Lets see how ___ tastes on Mars!' The child actually ate this food item he had been avoiding like the plague. It seems to be an adventure to eat lunch on Jupiter or dessert on Pluto. Great fun to be had with these very well made plates.

These are so much fun! I love astrology & got star bowls & plates to complete the theme.The plates looked so faded when I first unpacked them compared to the vivid product pics.My pic looks more vivid but in real life quite dull, as if they have faded from sitting in the sun. I really searched to find an equally priced more vibrant equivalent, but there are none. So, I'm making the best of it, they are growing on me & I'm so glad I rejuvenated my dishes with the stars!

I bought these planet plates to share with my 3 grandsons. 2 for each of them and 2 for me when they come to visit. I am really excited to give them at Christmas. Each plate has an original watercolor painting, lovely to look at and accurate. Plus the bonus of each plate having the planet identified on the back for those of us not always sure of what planet we are looking at. The packaging is great quality with images on the outside and information inside. A qualty product all the way through. I recommend it highly.

I thought they were bigger, but that’s on me. These are lightweight and easy. I have difficulties with my hands, and these make life easier. Keep in mind they’re dishwasher-safe but not microwave-safe.
