This item is a MUST HAVE if you want to hold your iPad or tablet comfortably without a desk
I have the Apple Magic Keyboard (case) for the iPad pro and this item, and this is IMMENSELY more useful to versatilely hold the iPad. The Magic Keyboard, and Keyboard Folio are both great for typing, but when you actually want to just use the iPad as a screen and don't want it at a pre-determined height, viewing angle, or when you don't have a desk or flat area around - this item is perfect. The ring can be rotated 90 degrees and locks in place so you can stand it up on any side comfortably, the footprint of the stand is small so if you need to stand it up it doesn't take up a lot of room, it comes with an attachment for a small or large screen device (I have the 5th Gen 12.9" iPad Pro which uses the big attachment), and the attachment itself is very low profile and has a very strong grip. If you don't want to hold it by gripping the ring you can grip it by the edge of the ring and still have a very comfortable grip and be confident that the device wont fail or drop your iPad.I really can't say enough how good this is, so I would just say, if you find the iPad is tough to make comfortable to hold and don't want a screen protector that weighs too much or takes up too much space - this is really the item for you. If mine ever breaks I am 100% buying another one of these.

Surprisingly versatile and useful!
This is the best option I've been able to find for my iPad pro to hold it securely without fear of a drop, as well as provide many options for how to hold/articulate it with my hand(s) or put it on a surface. I can sit in bed or on the couch with the ring over my knee in portrait mode, and it's very stable for both swiping and typing. Surprisingly so. The base of the tablet rests on the front of the leg right above the knee joint (well, it's actually below if you are sitting), and it's very sturdy. The only negative I have found is that the "click" rotation has loosened after only a week of use, which is a little disappointing. The price is good, especially given the fact that you get two different size brackets. But it would be nice if they sold just the rotating part by itself so you could have an extra and even be able to use both brackets instead of having one sit in a drawer. But overall, I'm more impressed with this than most gadgets I buy. Like I said, I just wish the click mechanism would stay solid. That was a nice feel, so with the weakening, the whole product just feels less sturdy. My only other wish is that this had a deeper option on the brackets so you could opt to use it with the common covers for pros that are not removable and just flip around like a book. To use this bracket, I had to take my case off and leave my pro unprotected, which isn't ideal. I did order another kind of case with a removable face cover, so we'll see how that goes. But the fact that I ordered a different caee, and will shelve the nice case I had been using, is a testament to the usefulness of this product. Again, I just haven't seen or found anything quite like this out there. Thumbs up over all!

ingenious design
This is a really excellent product. It comes with two brackets of different sizes. I have one on my 10.9" iPad Air and one on an old iPad that I just use to read in bed. The rig is well made, and after one year of heavy use I have not had any problems with the holder.I tried an elastic strap, but it felt awkward and didn't rotate. My only suggestion would be to make the handhold more oval in shape. My large hand gets a little tired if holding the round handle for long periods. But the swivel feature and the adjustable-angle stand feature is great, and the fact that you get two brackets and one interchangeable handhold is wonderful.

Goldilocks at least had an option that WORKED.
WHY would you make such a well-designed device, with two size options per purchase, and leave a major size gap between the cases??This device would have been absolutely perfect for my needs, but that minute (and REDONKEROUS) gap in the size is what killed that whole plan. My tablet, Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, without the case (6.5 x 9.5) and with the case (6 13/16 x 9 13/16) doesn't fit in EITHER of these attachments! Providing TWO separate parts to attach to different size tablets, and somehow STILL leaves a small gap size between them where some tablets fall between the cracks, is kinda... baffling. You would think the attachments would pick up where the other size drops off, but no. Gap.The small attachment fits 6.6-8.0"... my tablet, its smallest width is 6.5, so the small attachment is too big at the narrowest point, and is nearly 10" long, 2 inches wider than the smallest attachment allows. The large attachment fits 7.7-9.6 - too big for the narrow side of my tablet, and too small for the longest. As someone with a disability, who uses a wheelchair, and also Deaf, all of my communications (emails, calls ALL via video interpreter), and need my hands free and devices at very specific angles at a moment's notice. The tri-fold stands don't hold my tablet up in my lap in portrait mode. I've tried so many cases and stands, each with their own pros and cons, but mostly break down and fall apart after a few months of continuous, rigorous use. Two products which fit well and worked perfect for my needs broke within a couple months.I need something that stays attached to my device - not a pillow or lap desk, or any other added "furniture" or things that are bulky and cumbersome, or add weight. I had this holder for all of ten minutes before knowing it wouldn't fit what I need. Currently still repairing and gluing my old attachments while I try to find an alternative. Still looking, though!

Hella overpriced
Hella overpriced but it’s a monopoly unfortunately, they don’t make others like it. A year later mine broke (because I stored it stupidly tbh) I had to go to the same place to buy another, it was sold no where else :/
