I used to take one a day but I needed the iron. This adds just the right amount of iron for me. The basic nutrients are also more than the one a day but there are other nutrients it doesn't have. So check the list to make sure you are covered. For me, this was the perfect pill. Ty

I compared ingredients to my once a day multivitamin, and this comes in much higher than those. I didn't realize this before I took it, so I'm going to research into it to see what daily amounts should be.I love that there are no artificial colors or flavors. Super easy to swallow. And I might love the daily values in this after I research. It seems more complete with the addition to iron, too.
