This ghost pepper powder works for brining your chicken parts in. Just stir a 1TSP with this pepper powder with any liquid water brine and your chicken will be as spicy hot as you make it. This ghost pepper powder brine will penetrate all the way to the bone of any meat. I was afraid to use it because I had my doubts, but now I regret not using this pepper for my spicy fried chicken recipe for years. Now I just need the proper measurements of TSP, per pound of chicken!!!

I've been trying different rubs for a few years now and this one takes the cake for now as hottest rub I've ever tried. I used one eighth tsp in a 1 gallon jar of picked eggs and it put some heat in it. Just the tip of a tooth pick will set anyone not used to heat on fire. Not a bad blend just too got for me to tell what's going on other than it is hot! It'll last me a good long while.
