Great printer, easy to setup. The filament that comes with it is very good quality. All required tools are provided and are of decent quality. Really happy about the price.Even though description is of Ender 3 neo with CR touch, this isnt it. Its just normal updated version of Ender 3 Neo. Great for any level of printing, provided you use a decent filament.I am using Prusa Slicer and Cura for slicing. I updated firmware to latest version from Creality Cloud (jan 2024 has new firmware)

Everything is good , but one of my frame is slightly bent. I can even see that . Either in transportation or the mistake while assembly in creality company.And the bed is too shaking, the bed does not feels like industrial product .Apart from two mistakes , everything is well.At this price , creality ender 3 is absolutely good

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased the Ender 3 from 3Idea on June 18th via. Amazon.The printer printed well initially until there was a problem with the screen.My first major issue was in September when the display stopped working properly.It took the customer service people a week to get in touch with me, after me trying to contact them several times. Then they finally traced the issue down to the faulty power cable - which i had to pay for, from my own pocket, to get it replaced.Then on December 7th 2020, my motherboard burned out. I contacted the 3Idea support the same day and literally every second day for more than a month to get someone assigned to my issue. They just kept forwarding me from one technician to another technician to amazon customer service for over a month because their technicians are all out of office/busy.They kept telling me they will ship a replacement motherboard until today (January 13th 2021) - and today they finally refused to send me the replacement. They are now asking me to buy it from them for 7100 INR - because it has been more than 6 months since i purchased the item now. The reason it has been more than 6 months is because their customer service kept me waiting for 38 days.If you are buying a $170 3D printer for 17000 INR ($240) locally, only because of the expectation that you'd have a better/speedier customer service, and they then deny you that, you are better off importing a 3D printer yourself or buy it from some other vendor. It would have been faster, less expensive and you would have gotten better/newer parts.So I give this a 1/5 rating for the customer service - literally the only thing 3Idea is supposed to be providing.The Ender 3 printer itself is a 3.5/5.

I was new to 3d printing and this is the first 3d printer i brought. I was skeptical about assembling it and some instructions were confusing. Thankfully, there are a lot of youtube videos which walk you through assembly and provide great tips and tricks which are not in the manual.I was really expecting average results, but i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of prints. It does require bed levelling and I had to upgrade to harder bed springs which were very cheap but it made it sooooo much better.If you're a DIY'er you'll be happy to know that you can pretty much upgrade, repair, change virtually any part. All the spare parts are available on Amazon, which is great.

Mujhe apne dream project ke liye ise mangaya tha jitna socha tha usse adhik khara utra, ab SD Card se nahi WiFi box se bhi dekhna padega,,,,ender3 pro ke board ko 4.2.2 versen me hai iska achha versen 4.2.7 hai,,,,,ret kam dekhkar lenge to update wala versen nahi milnewala baki mujhe iska chhota size ka hona bahut hi pasand aaya,, ❤️
