When the traffic is intense
It’s a good product to residencies, where you have a heavy and intense traffic like in my case, it’s not a good choice. Hydraulic is better.

I have owned 2 swing gates from topens. The install is not for a beginner always but the customer support is amazing. They will not give up on you. Once you get it configured it works like a charm.

Great product and Fantastic after sale support!
The media could not be loaded. Update: I had a minor issue with the new opener regarding the adjustment to its opening travel. they emailed me the process to reset the arm and voila everything is working as intended. I had gotten very busy working the early voting stations and did not lrt them know that the gate was working properly. They contacted me after a few days to check that my opener was working correctly! Yes you read that right. They reached out to me. This is the kind of service that you see only rarely.This product and this company are very impressive. I originally ordered the product on April 18, 2024. This past October 9th, the yoke connecting the operator to the gate arm cracked. I contacted Topens that day and received a reply within 24hrs that confirmed they would be sending a replacement at no charge that would be delivered to me on Oct 15th. October 15th arrived and the replacement gate opener was on my doorstep. They fulfilled that promise! I can't stress enough how impressed I am with the product and most especially the after sale support. I won't consider another company for the additional gate openers I'll be ordering in the near future.

Had to buy replacement for my previous gate opener arm. Easy to install and work fine first time.

TOPENS Electric Gate Opener
This is the second Acuator Arm 3 we have bought in the last three years! This gate is used twice a day so it’s opened and closed 4 times a day. Happy with its performance for the most part! Adjustments have to be made periodically. We have just upgraded to Acuator Arm 5 but it has not been installed as of this writing
