This product works well, but maybe too well. Being a woman, I thought this could help improve my muscle mass, but the scale kept inching up☹️ After talking to others who use Carnitine, it does increase muscle mass but in doing so..puts on weight, which I don’t need. In time, it’s supposed to help you utilize more calories, but I decided I did not want or need the initial added weight.
