No taste , no smell , and very easy to digest.

My Doctor put me on this for concentration and energy. I could immediately feel the difference upon taking the first one yesterday. I have never had anything instantly make me feel better. There is no bad taste and it dissolves very quickly. I took it on an empty stomach and it didn't bother me at all. I give this 5 stars for the quality and the convenience. It's also the best price I have ever seen.

I love this company. Their product is triple sealed-the box is sealed, the cap has a cellophane seal and the bottle is foil sealed. Packaging is efficient, safety sealed and no unneeded fillers. It does have lactose. It is Made in U.S.A. Expiration date is April 2025 so it is also safe that way too! I have bought it for more than 2 decades but couldn't find it at the store recently. Eat well and stay healthy!

They melt fast and no weird taste they are working according to my blood work.

Proper ingestion is sublingual under the tongue so "easy to swallow" is the wrong question above to rate. I wanted to love these because the concept is great! I have stage IV Rheumatoid disease & have been on Humira for a decade, Enbrel, & methotrexate, prednisone etc over the years which has run off with 60% of my hair & all of my teeth, not to mention fingernails etc. For reasons beyond me previous brands have become unavailable at time I needed to refill. I actually had 10 natural fingernails past the tip of my fingers for the first time in years. 10 days into taking this & they're all gone, so bummer. If your need is to boost for pregnancy or something less severe, they're probably terrific! Again, love the concept, the taste is pleasant, they dissolve fairly quickly. Just unfortunately not strong enough to work for the half dead trying to hang on by a fingernail.
