Good probiotic. I have to take one every day since a round of antibiotics made me very sick a few years ago. I tried to stop taking the probiotic at one point and felt awful again. This works well for me for as a daily supplement.

Another DOA probonitc, per milk test. Save money, time and avoid.

My first time trying probiotics. You definitely want to stick with wise food choices until your body adapts. Otherwise, you could have some upset stomach issues. I'm on my second bottle of these and I'm very pleased. I feel better overall and less bloated. They don't need to be refrigerated, which is a plus for me.

After over a month of using this I can honestly say this is not the greatest. It works well but compared to what I normally buy (vitamin Shoppe brand) this doesn't compare. I guess I was expecting a lot more since it got good reviews.

I do like this product and am buying again but with great reservation. I got two bottles for $19 in April of this year. I just came here to re-order and find one bottle for $28. That is a big jump! If I wasn't almost out of them, I'd buy another brand to try. Did just try to see if it is just amazon as the seller, but see it must be the manufacturer as it has gone up everywhere sold. May take the next two months worth and look for something else.
