Sorry, I’m taking it every day. I just don’t know if there is any change. Don’t know what I’m supposed to be feeling. Improved memory? Seems a tad worse right now. Perhaps not from DHEA, but just at this moment. Sorry I’m not helping. I will continue to take it til it’s gone, and decide if I will order more.

After reading that you should not take DHEA with certain health conditions, i consulted my GP and she agreedthat i should not take it. Always check on advice about supplements before buying. Some doctors are not qualified to make suggestions.

This DHEA works well, but I tend to strangle when swallowing it, so have discontinued its use in preference to a sublingual type. If you don't have trouble swallowing small fat tablets it would be a good buy.
