This stuff is amazing! I get the best night sleep when I use this stuff. From waking up well rested to having full and vivid dreams. A must have on my night stand

I have used several of the Life Cykel mushroom extracts over the past two months including Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Cordyceps. They are easy to use directly or dropped into a drink. They have a mild, earthy flavor that is barely noticeable, and not unpleasant, when mixed in a Coke Zero. The Reishi promotes sleep and its effect is apparent within an hour. I wear an Oura ring that monitors my sleep and can verify that not only am I sleeping longer, but my mix of REM, deep sleep and core sleep is much improved when taking Reishi.
