I was introduced to this by a friend, and along with vegetarian meals (not required) it worked wonder for me. The most obvious feeling is the waistline, which becomes smaller. My skin was cleaner, too. If you have never done detox before, I suggest starts on a day you can stay close to the toilet. Mine started working right away and I was glad I was home alone. Some people wants something that is not "gross", but I would like to ask them to think, it is from our bodies! If it does not come out, these gross things will stay inside. I plan on doing this detox every 6 months as recommended.

I lost 5lbs within the first week, i stuck strictly to the diet and only consumed water, lean meats and fruits and vegetables. No sugar/ LIMIT your intake is key as well as your serving sizes.

Have tried this a few times and each time the powder is not enough to make it through the seven days. It does work.

Unfortunately I didn't get any results using this product and at its price tag I thought maybe I would have good results along with everyone else's high reviews this would be the better choice. SO that being said, I hope this works for everyone who decides to purchase/continue with this product. Not a fan....
