I LOVE this primer. It’s all I wear for face makeup now because it is so light and makes my skin look so smooth! The little bit of tint is just the right amount of color especially for the summer. It doesn’t cause breakouts or any other sensitivity. I swear by this stuff!

I like how this primer evens out my skin tone when I use it alone, or helps my face powder stay all day. There's not a lot for the money, though. I have barely had this for a month and even with following usage instructions the tube is feeling close to empty. I wish the tube were larger or it cost less.

Having purchased this product before I knew which shades to order. The package was undamaged and whole. Make sure to shake well or the pigment won't be even and might be to dark. If you shake well it blends in like a beautiful natural glow. It's the only skin care or make up I use. Its a natural beauty look ❤️

Pros and ConsThe product itself gets a full 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It is very lightweight and goes on smoothly. I love the skin toning/blending affect. It truly does what it claims to do. It smooths out your skin tone and fills in large pores without looking like you put on a pound of concealer or foundation. I like to wear it for my no-makeup days. I’m 41 and am starting to encounter adult acne. If I’ve got tons of break outs I use something else with full coverage. Since this product is so thin and runny, I feel, it looks best on clearer skin days. Those days I put this on (really rubbing it in) and dust the lightest amount of setting powder, maybe some mascara, and I’m good to go. It is a whiteish color out of the bottle with the slightest bit of pigment and quite runny. 2-3 pumps per application will do you. It is buildable coverage so you can add more if you prefer. Ive only done one to two layers at a time. Also the pigmentation is so minor that it is meant for ALL skin tones and colors. I also really LOVE that the more you rub it into your skin the more the primer will activate and continue to reactivate the skin blurring ingredients. I like to put on one layer making sure I massage it in good. Then I wait a few minutes and if needed I’ll add a second layer. I really massage it into my skin well so the active ingredients will take affect. You should notice a difference if you don’t.So my biggest complaints are with the price and with the packaging. That should get a negative rating so I have to say the lowest at one star⭐️ For the price you get very little. And like everyone says a brand new bottle is definitely half empty. So you immediately feel ripped off just by opening the packaging. The consistency of the product is so thin that it pumps out barely thicker than water. And if the pump malfunctions in anyway you can’t get the product out at all.They need to double the size of the bottle for this price no exceptions!!! I’d definitely check Amazon first before buying from Ulta. Some things are the same price but most things are significantly cheaper on Amazon. Not to mention Ulta does not carry all the Tulu products and the absolute best is the Multi-Spectrum Eye Renewal Serum!!!!! The second best Tulu product is the pink bottle of Acne Clearing+Tone Correcting Gel!!!!!ULTIMATELY would I buy this product again? Ive only bought it once and now I’m about to run out so......YES, despite being completely disappointed in the price per ounce, I enjoyed it enough to at least buy it one more time to really see if I want to continue with this product.
