Wonderful product.. readings are quite accurate.. bluetooth and app connectivity is very helpful to maintain your blood pressure records in your cell phone.. can be operated using power adaptor and battery cells...

Can be operated both in AC power and using batteries. Memory functionality needs cloud support. Supports Bluetooth connectivity. Bought as replacement for similar item purchased in 2015 which has been discontinued by the brand. Spare support to be improved. Overall good for home monitoring and accuracy cross checked with pharmacy

Bluetooth memory is good

Poor quality product. Readings completely wrong. Trying to get a replacement / refund for many days. Almost impossible to figure out on Amazon app. Quite disgusted with product quality and Amazon's replacement / refund process.

The product is accurate, the app is good BUT needs these important improvements:1. ACCURACY: It simply averages the first two readings and stores that as your reading in the app. Now, in my case, the first reading is always higher by a 10+ points. Ideally, it's good to discard the first reading and then average the next two. I read online that for those who are anxious about their reading, the first reading tends to be higher. I have taken 3 readings in 3 minutes, with 20 to 30mm difference between the lowest and highest.2. SHARING: Not easy to share the device with someone else in family. all readings upload into your profile on the app. there is a no intuitive/easy to use method to take a guest measurement.3. BATTERY: I purchased and use with a power adapter, but the app still asks me to have battery installed for connectivity with the app. why ?4. BACKLIGHT: needed when reading is taken at the bedside in low light conditions like early morning or just before going to sleep.
