Helped remove eczema in my face
I used to have episode of eczema on my body once a while in the past but when it started to show up in my face a half year ago I panicked. I got a big red spot first on my right side in my face next to my eye, then on the left and another one on my noise. My doctor gave me cortisone cream that would get rid of it but a week later it would just show up again. So I knew this is would had to be approached differently as those cremes just would suppress the symptoms but not heal the eczema.I remembered that salt water always helped a so I did some research and found this product and ordered it. Before I started my treatment I booked a 3 day trip to Hawaii Maui. I remember on my flight over there was my face was itching like hell again. As soon as I landed I jumped into the ocean, washed my face with the salt water and the inching sensation when immediately away. For the next three days I spent as much time as possible in the ocean. I made up that role to be at least 8 times the day for not shorter than 10 min in the water. On my flight back the redness and itching sensation was gone although the skin was still puffy. So back home I applied the cortisone creme again from my doctor but in a much lower Dosis on my face except the noise I left untreated as a control point. Once the symptoms were 100% gone in my face (a week) later I started to do a the bath. Two cups of salt in the bath to bath for 20 min in medium warm water. Washing my face as much as I could in the bath water. But I knew this would not be enough. I needed more frequently treatment than one bath of 20 min per day. So I diluted a tee spoon of that salt into a half glass of water and filled that into a little 50ml spray bottle carrying that around we me all the time. Whenever I felt slight itching sensation coming up in my face or on my ears I prayed some salt water into my face and rubbed it into the infected areas. The itching would go a way just after a minute or so. I probably have sprayed more that 20 times daily in my face that salt water. Not a big deal with that little spray bottle. The redness and puffiness of the skin never came back even I still feel once a while a little itching. But this happens less and less frequently as longer I used the spray. I even can use face cream again that did not do good before and supported the eczema as any Mosting cream seemed in the past to make it worse. I still do my baths every day as I still have some few red patching on my shoulder and arms and legs (not sure the salt bath cures with that but definitive makes it better). There is one more thing, my testing spot on the nose stayed red even with the salt treatment. But as I wrote before I did not treat it initially with the cortisone creme eliminateing the symptom prior I started the salt water treating. So I put cortisone creme on my nose as well along with the salt water treating. It took only two days to get my nose back to normal. I stopped the cortisone creme then but kept treating with the salt water spray and since then the redness on my nose never came back. So I think if you have persistent eczema you might want to treat it away with medication cream first and then continue the salt water. Maybe you even want to treat the symptoms first away with the medication and then do the salt water. This worked perfectly in my face. Not so good yet on the rest of my body but there is definitely improvement and it might needs more time as I can only treat it once with my daily bath.I hope very much this helps anyone out there. Feel free and ask me if you have any questions.

Reduces my roseacea redness on face, helps clear up acute cystic acne, and cleared my back acne
Back and shoulder acne is clearing up for the first time in 16 years--I can't believe the solution was something this affordable. I have been fighting acne with prescription medication from my dermatologist for well over a decade. Once I turned 11, everything went downhill with my skin and it's never been the same. I still have to track my sugar intake like a hawk to avoid getting deep, under-the-skin cysts that take weeks to come to a head, but anything that has a white or blackhead heals up with a good rinse in the bath with this salt water as though I literally washed it away.As someone who has spent a small fortune on skincare products and devices over the years, I have to say that this is amazingly effective for how relatively cheap it is. It reduces my roseacea redness better than the expensive UV lamp sessions. If I'm just washing my face or if I need to shower instead of take a bath, I put a small amount of this dead sea salt in the bottom of a cup, fill it with water, and dunk a cloth in it to still get my face exposed to some sea salt water at least once a day. Otherwise, I fill the bath halfway full at night so I can use less of this salt per day and wash my face first in there.Pairs nicely with CeraVe moisturizing cleanser and CeraVe moisturizer that comes in the tub (commonly used by people desperate to fix their dry-AND-oily, acne-prone skin). I was worried that it would be too drying to use this every day but then I remembered that the times I've been swimming in the ocean every day for 1-2 weeks, I've always had a little "good skin vacation." I love my city (Philadelphia, which is not a coastal city, for those who don't know) and don't want to leave it, but I wish I could be in the ocean every day. This sea salt is the next best thing. If you're a fan of sea salt texturizer sprays, dunking your hair in the bath with this salt in it functions similarly. You still have to tease your medium or long hair with a wide-tooth comb afterward. Don't brush it all straight if your hair will hold that straightness upon drying, be sure to scrunch it up again while it's still wet if you're going for beach waves. My goal is to bathe in this salt water at least every other day, but hopefully daily so I can have completely clear shoulders instead of just "mostly-faded" which is where I'm at now. As much as I loathe the seemingly-endless trial and error of figuring out what works for my weird and nasty skin, I've been so overwhelmingly pleased with this sea salt and how much it's helping me. For me, treating acne isn't even about vanity (I have so many scars and so much redness that no one would call me handsome), it's about pain relief for all the soreness. It's about not wanting to watch pus ooze out of my face, neck, and back. And this salt really does the trick for me. Forget 5 stars, I would give it 10 if I could.

Hot item for a Hot Tub
One of the best Hot Tub items I’ve purchased. The water lasts so much longer between changes. The water in my 500 gallon tub lasted well over a year. When you have difficulty getting the water, crystal clear, after a shock - Then it’s time for a water change. This is the only Dead Sea mineral salt I’ve used. I’m satisfied - so I don’t switch. It’s priced well and is a pure product. It makes the water feel great. It’s good for your skin.I don’t use chemicals… except for an oxidation shock, couple times a month. Even the smell is just a clean smell. I do use mineral sticks and frequently clean my filter.I also use a hose-end filter when filling the tub. Because I don’t use chlorine or bromine, I don’t worry about checking the PH.Also, there is no way to rinse soap residue from swim suits. Sure, if friends are over - fine. But the less clothing going into your tub, the better.Regular salt is very caustic. It will ruin a hot tub. But I’ve used Dead Sea Minerals for 2 years, with great success. My hot tub still looks and runs like it is new.Everyone knows what chlorine does to your skin and hair. It’s also not a pleasant smell.I use 7 lb.s of Mineral Dead Sea Salt in my 500 gallon tub. I use the “fine grain” because its easier to dissolve. I put about 3-4 Lb.s in a 5 gallon bucket to dissolve before pouring in in the hot tub.Do your own research. Try it. You won’t regret it.
