I suffer from poor circulation and to stop my feet getting cold, I wear this thin pair of good quality Bridgedale liner socks next to the skin and a pair of equally good quality arctic comfort socks on top of them. The liner socks remove perspiration that helps cause cold feet and quickly transfers it to the heavier outer socks. The pairing of these two socks traps more warmth from the feet and is most effective at keeping my feet toasty warm. the liner socks when washed will dry on a radiator very quickly as they are thin. in the cold weather I put a fresh pair of each sock on the radiator at bedtime so I can pull on nice warm socks in the morning.. no more cold feet for me, its great !!

Had a long hike planned and had been getting some blister using my normal hiking socks and boots. Bought these liners to try to reduce friction but I should have listened to the advice of "nothing new on race day" as I ended up with the worst blisters I'd ever had. Hard to say if it was the fault of the socks or just because the hike was longer than my usual ones.Socks do fit well and do feel great quality but not sure of the supposed benefits of liner socks.

After getting through about 4 packs of Compeed blister plasters trying to break in a new pair of leather walking boots, I decided to give these a go. I’ve worn them underneath my regular walking socks and they have worked a treat. Really comfortable and no more blisters!

Very nice hiking socks

I love these socks, they are great either as a winter liner beneath a walking sock or in their own in warmer climates. Expensive but wear well, so cost per wear make them good value for me
