Strengthen and waterproof your concrete!
This product performed exactly as the Ghostshield website stated. I like that it is a concentrate and at 4 parts water to one part product you can mix exact amount you need..

Went on great!
Applied with a pressure sprayer and it went onto the surface exactly as stated. I pressure washed my central Florida sidewalk and street curb to remove all the black buildup that we get around here, and am using this to prolong the cleanliness. My neighbor did his sidewalk and curb at the same time without any sealant, and I’m interested in how much longer mine lasts vs his.

Excellent sealant, careful application
It’s definitely a solid sealant but it’s a bit tough to get on evenly and have a smooth coloring to the concrete after. There’s just some small differences in shading after a couple of weeks. It seems to be getting better so I’ll give it a little longer. Be careful with concrete joints and brush out all excess.

Water Beads as Expected, Easy to Apply, Easy to Clean-up
We had a particularly wet and windy winter this year and it's been about five years since we've cleaned the driveway and pavers side section. It took about 2 days to pressure wash the entire driveway area, roughly about 1,500 sq. feet. After doing extensive research about concrete sealing products, we selected GhostShield, Lithi-Tek 9500 Concrete Sealer concentrate. The product comes in a 1-gallon container that makes 5 gallons of product to apply to your project. After letting the driveway dry for a couple of days after washing it, we were ready to apply the Lithi-Tek 9500. Using a 1-gallon pump sprayer, we mixed 1 gallon at a time and applied the sealer in sections in order to follow the manufacturer's directions of a wet-on-wet application. The Lithi-Tek 9500 went on easy and soaked into the concrete quickly. The application process was easy and quick; we were able to finish the project within 90 minutes. The driveway and pavers remained their original color and we had no blotchy spots. We are very happy with the outcome.Once finished, clean-up was easy. With some warm water and soap, we pumped the water through the tank and sprayer head and the pump is ready for the next project. Some notes on the mixing and application process:Mixing: Follow the directions: add the 4 cups to your pump sprayer. Then, using the same measuring container, measure and add water, instead of just filling the pump to the 1 gallon mark to get the correct ratio. It would help if you have someone mix a batch as you go so you could maintain wet surfaces without interruptions to mix a new batch each time. Or use a larger sprayer. We only had the single 1-gallon.Application: It’s important to apply the second coat while the first coat is still wet. Otherwise, if it becomes dry, the second coat will bead-up on the surface rather than soak into the concrete.Lastly: I would recommend that if possible, apply the product when your surface is shaded or at it’s coolest temperature to give yourself time to maintain the wet-on-wet application process to ensure good sealing. The first two photographs are the cleaned driveway and cement pavers that were coated. The next two photographs are the test images. In both images, you can plainly see that the water beads up on the driveway beautifully. We will see how the product holds-up across the summer and into next winter. We have high hopes of an easy to clean driveway next Spring.

Great stuff
Very good product, it was the best solution to seal my new 24 X 20 concrete shop floor. I liked the fact I could order one gallon and make five gallons. I followed the instructions worked on fairly small sections at a time. The floor was sealed from liquids very well and the dust from new concrete stopped all together. Afterwards my compressor leaked a little rusty water on the newly sealed floor, it wiped right up.

Lithi-Tek Must Be Applied Quickly
Lithi-Tek 9500 Ultra Concentrate - 1 Gallon:Update:I purchased 2 more gallons this year. I ensured that it was applied quickly. Mostly one coat except in a couple of areas that were very permeable/porous. These areas readily accepted a second coat. I have increased by rating to 5 stars since over the last 2 years the product has held up and worked well..Below is previous 2020 review: I found that the sealer would begin to have water-proofing effects within 1 minute of application. Any Lithi-Tek on my shoes when I was walking around could be clearly seen when the sealer was sprayed over those areas for the 1st time. Footprints could be seen where the sealer could not penetrate into the untreated concrete after only a few minutes. The small amount of sealer on the bottom of my shoes was enough to prevent proper 1st application in spots that I had stepped on. I could not see footprint spots two days later when it rained, as even a small amount of sealer caused the rain to bead up everywhere..Other areas where the concrete was porous and permeable would accept a second coat with no problem(as long as they were still wet(had not dried). Any areas/sections that had a tiny amount of overspray when applying, on one section at a time, would not accept new sealer - as sealing action was already taking place in just a few minutes..My worry is that any areas that did not get proper penetration will not hold up for long, and may not seal after a short time....While spraying, ensure that each section is quickly covered(sprayed/applied) as even a minute of delay will cause issues with penetration and the concretes ability to accept the sealer. You can see where you stopped spraying and started up again a minute later. Be quick for proper application..Concrete areas that are fairly dense, from perhaps mineralization over time, or maybe from initial compaction when the concrete was smoothed during the original pour of the slab, may not readily accept the sealer. Even a thin coat of sealer was adaquate for initial waterproofing. Time will tell for longevity..I applied when the temperature was about 65deg F, and the humidity about 30 percent. I suspect that the low humidity caused thin amounts of sealer(overspray and foot print areas, etc) to dry quickly, causing penetration issues with successive application coats.
