ok so the most common symptoms that tell you that you need a new battery are the following:1) battery dies before it hits 10% - this is common for any ageing phone, most people assume the phone is just toast so replace it when all it requires is a £11 battery.2) screen is starting to bow outwards or has been doing for a while and caused the screen to crack. Good battery, all those saying it’s a bad battery replacement are wrong all you need to do is to charge it for 10 to 12 hours straight after you install it on your phoneAnd repeat after it’s fully drained after doing it twice voila very good life if not better than the original apple ones

Battery worked fine for about 12 hours and the just died.Tried to return. As it’s dangerous goods shouldn’t return to Amazon. Even the it’s faulty. Customer service said return anyway. Have to sort own postage and claim back. Too much trouble for £11. Buy a more expensive one. This one is a dodgy one. Thanks.

Easy to replace , good as original battery when new ,so far no issues . 1 week in only down side no adhesive strips

Came quick and was one of the few I would recommend, lasts for a good 6-8 and even up to 12+ hours depending on how you use your device, my iPhone 7 128gb on average lasts 9-12 hours with moderate use through out the early day and afternoon.The cycles were at nil when purchased according to a test / programme that indicates such things, and 60+ cycles later we are on 100% overall capacity still...

,the battery has now failed and caused the screen to split, absolute rubbish. However, customer service excellent, gave full refund plus supplied a replacement screen free of charge.

This battery is holding a charge as good as the original It's even showing the battery health in IOS, where other aftermarket ones I've had in the past have failed to do this. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Smartex branded battery.
