This is a lock!
Ultra secure, as hackle rotates with key :) Its narrow opening can be a bane to some, but for the most part, it works well in helping prevent the lock/shackle being cut :) Make sure if you get a cable, that it has 3/8 minimum holes :) Does not rust and is very durable :)

Well built and waterproof
I've used one of these for over 5 years and never had a problem. No one is going to cut through this or break it off with a hammer. It's on a shed and gets wet every time it rains, and it hasn't rusted yet. Just bought another one to secure outdoor furniture.

A well priced pair of solid padlocks
I'm not going to bash out a five paragraph essay about how great these are for what they're meant to be, but trust me, they're worth every penny.The action of the tumbler didn't stick in any condition I've been in and I've been in many different places with these locks exposed to the elements.The only issue I have is the keys are really lightweight. I actually broke one in the tumbler and had to remove the stub with a pair of needle-nose pliers.Otherwise, these are a good investment.
