Copper Fit Advanced Back Pro Back Support, Black with Copper Trim, Small/Medium (CFBACK)

So this literally just came to my door. I put it on immediately. I’ve only had it on for five minutes but the amount of relief I’ve gotten is remarkable. I was involved in an MVA 3 years ago. It resulted in me having 2 bulging discs at the l4-l5, l5-s1, a synovial cysts and levoscoliosis. Since then I’ve mad immense trouble sleeping at night as my spine is lo longer aligned. I’m a nurse so quiet naturally bending is part of the job. Getting through my shift is sometimes a night mare and by the time i get home the muscles in my lower back are so swollen that i cannot manage to bend over enough to wash my lower body in the shower, dress myself, sit on the toilet without pain or even sneeze without feeling like my spine is going to shatter. The swelling is often strong enough to cause tingling in my left foot. Anyway, i but the brace on and instantly my back was supported and the pain was cut at least in half. I’m sitting upright without pain or having to adjust in my seat (which i never could find a comfortable position. This brace is better than the 10k sleep number is just bought.! It hasn’t shifted as I’ve been sitting in my seat which i know is a problem for some. The adjustable straps makes it easy to find the perfect level of support for your back, and of course you can adjust after you’ve eaten a meal lol like i said, it’s only been 5 minutes but I’ve found so much relief. I’d honestly reached my breaking point and wasn’t sure what I’d do about my back but this is certainly helping

I purchased the Copper Fit Back Pro with some skepticism. I've had 8 back surgeries over a 30 yr time frame and have had just about every type of back brace, girdle, TNS units, etc... But nothing would stop the spasms and cramping in my mid to low back. It has stopped me from doing a lot of things I used to take for granted. However, the Tommy Copper Fit Back-Waist belt is actually working! For the first time in years I can do things that I couldn't do until just a couple of weeks ago. I love to fish but had a hard time standing or sitting do to the cramping in my back. I just started using the Tommy Copper Pro Back-Waist belt and so far nothing has even come close to the results I'm having. I still can't believe no cramping in my back! It's been a very long time coming and finally something is now working for me. What a relief! I forgot what it was like not to have a cramping sensation in my back every time I wanted to check the oil in my car, or the other little tasks that shouldn't be that hard but are! Wow! For those who have the same or similar problem I have with my back, you might want to consider this product. I don't usually recommend something like this because the results very for every body. But that being said, I do believe and feel that if nothing else has helped with your back problems, this product may be just what the doctor hasn't ordered!? The price is very well worth it! I'm very glad l ordered this product and am planning on ordering some their other products as well, since I also have some neck; shoulder; arm; and hand issues. I'm very optimistic and excited about trying out, and using some of the other products. For now, the Copper Fit Pro Back-Waist belt is working for me.

Didn't work for me and I returned it. Felt good when I first put it on, and if it would have stayed in place, I'm sure it would have been of benefit. Unfortunately it kept riding up, so the compression was in the middle of my back instead of lower back where I needed it. Maybe I was doing something wrong Idk, kept pulling it down but it just would not stay put!Also made me sweat.

I have retro-listhesis, which causes significant pain in my lower back. I purchased this brace due to its low price, figuring that if it didn't help, I wasn't out much. To my surprise and satisfaction, the brace gives me significant relief! I wear it anytime I am going to be on my feet for any length of time. During my 3 mile morning walks. Grocery shopping. Or when we are vacationing, wandering the streets of a new city. While it doesn't remove all pain, it provides significant enough relief that I am able to do the things I want to do with significantly reduced pain and stress on my lower back.The stretchy adjusters allow me to easily adjust the level of support, depending upon my current activity. I find that placing a folded washcloth between my lower back and the brace gives an additional boost to the support. I highly recommend giving this brace a try if you are experiencing lower back pain.

After my first shift working, I felt a noticeable difference in myself after the shift. Nothing is a "Cure all" guys. But boy did I feel the difference during and after the shift. I also feel better the morning after. The support was great and for the price, this definitely was a great choice. Stay consistent when wearing this product, and ensure you properly wear it. You only have ONE BACK in your lifetime. PROTECT it.

The main (front) hook and loop closure flaps get pretty flakey (as in lose their grip) after about 4 months use. You might be able squeeze a bit more life out of these belts by sucking things in and keeping pressure on the flap overlap area while putting on pants, preferably ones with a belt, to help keep this thing closed and working as intended. Whether it works for you in terms of pain relief depends on your particular back problem, it does help a bit in mine but it's certainly not miraculous. I get a kick out of the the "LIVE LIMITLESS" slogan embroidered on the back of the belt when I'm putting it on, as I briefly consider going out and doing something I haven't been able to for a L-O-N-G time, then reality sets in.

Is not too wide at the back. As a result it is considerably comfortable while sitting down. Gives excellent lumbar support without hindering movement. Relieves back pain while wearing it. I tried several other lumbar support belts, this one is the best for me by far.
